Hey everyone, it's Jacob here with another 5-Minute Leader. I'm actually in Palm Beach, Florida, West Palm Beach, and I just got off stage a few minutes ago where I was with Penny Pennington. She's the CEO of Edward Jones, and we're at this Shook Forbes Women's Investor Conference, and I was interviewing her. We had a little bit of a fireside chat in front of all the attendees here.
