In today’s 5 Minute Leader, I want to share something I learned from my chat with Harvard professor and leadership expert, Cass Sunstein. He is the author of hundreds of articles and dozens of books, like Nudge: Improving Decisions about Health, Wealth, and Happiness.
One of the things Cass shared in our talk was the idea that we inherently only look at top-performing leaders and teams for guidance, leaving behind valuable lessons that can be taught by less successful individuals and teams.
