Hey, everyone, welcome to another episode of The Five Minute Leader. Today will probably be a little bit shorter than five minutes. But I think it's going to be a very impactful and powerful. You can call it a story or a quote. And so I recently had on my podcast Tommy Mello; he's the CEO and founder of a company called A1 Garage Doors. It's a $200 million home service business, and we had a great conversation. And it's very rare that somebody gives me a business or a leadership quote that maybe I haven't heard of, or a business or leadership quote that really just kind of resonates with a lot of the work that I'm doing and some of the things that I'm thinking about. But my conversation with Tommy yielded one such quote, which I wanted to share with you, and it's not just a quote; it's also a call for action.
