Our Next In-Person CHRO Event!
Join the world's top CHROs who are moving beyond traditional HR to focus on the future of work, employee experience, and leadership.
I’m very excited to share that our next Future of Work Leaders CHRO forum will be taking place in Chicago on May 22-23 and will be hosted by one of our members, Constellation Energy. If you’re a CHRO/CPO you can visit the website and apply to join.
If you’re not familiar with the group, we have over 40 CHROs from companies including Dow, Johnson & Johnson, PwC, Patagonia, Lego, Northrop Grumman, Waste Management, and dozens of others. The purpose of the group is to move beyond traditional HR to focus on the future of work, employee experience, and leadership. CHROs wanted something affordable where they aren’t constantly sold to, where meetings aren’t filled with speeches, where they don’t have to attend conferences with hundreds of people, and where they can actually save time not spend more of it.
We host a few in-person events a year, monthly virtual meetings, and a private online community where CHROs can share ideas, resources, and get feedback.
Some of the themes we will be exploring include:
-The CHRO and C-suite relationship (COO, CEO, etc).
-AI and the impact it's having on HR and the workplace
-Strategic workforce planning strategies in today's business climate
-Cultural transformation
-Working with board members and getting support
-Foresight and futurist thinking applied to HR
-and a whole lot more!
Here’s what members say about the group:
"The Future of Work Leaders Community provides an unparalleled network of CHROs offering real-time insights, support, and collaboration.”
- Peter Fasolo, CHRO, Johnson & Johnson
"If you're a CHRO or CPO shaping the future of work and employee experience, this is the community for you."
-Eric Severson, CHRO Neiman Marcus
“What sets The Future of Work Leaders Community apart is the focus on actionable insights and real-world impact. It’s not just about discussions—it’s about transformation. As a CHRO, being able to tap into this network allows me to not just talk about the future of work at my company but to lead it.”
-Kim Stith, CHRO, Waste Management
