Introducing "Future of Work Leaders" A Global Community Of The World's Top C-Level People Leaders
People leaders are moving beyond traditional HR to shape the future of work and employee experience but they don't have the tools and resources to do so effectively.
I shared that I’m working on a new employee experience book which will come out mid to late 2025. As a part of that book I’ve been interviewing over 100 CHROs at companies around the world.
It’s become very clear that people leaders are moving far beyond traditional HR roles where they were focused on things like policy, compensation, hiring and firing, regulations, job descriptions, etc - to focusing much more on the future of work and employee experience.
This is why I put together “Future of Work Leaders,” a global community of the world's best C-level people leaders shaping the future of work and employee experience. We get together once a month virtually to explore big topics and ideas and get together once a year for an annual in-person forum. In addition members also have direct access to me for any insights and guidance that I can share.
People leaders are at the very center of what the future of work looks like and what kind of experience they want to create for their people, yet they aren’t equipped to do these things effectively. After all, HR is the only function that really impacts and touches every single employee in the organization.
One of the things that really struck me is that many people leaders are a part of groups and communities that focus specifically on present day HR issues that are ridiculously expensive, focus on superficial discussions, constantly upsell products, and bring in speakers to talk at their members.
Future Of Work Leaders is a much more affordable option where members shape the very community that they are a part of and it’s run by me directly with no third party involvement. We focus specifically on the future of work and employee experience with an eye towards the future with strategies for the present.
Dozens of companies are currently a part of the group include Johnson & Johnson, Waste Management, DOW, Lego, Northrop Grumman, Neiman Marcus, Otis, and many others.
If you are C-level people leader at your company (or if you want your people leader to join), then you can learn more and request an invite by going here.
More to come, stay tuned!
