Today’s leadership hack is from Candido Botello Bracher who sits on the board of Mastercard and is the former CEO of Itaú Unibanco, a Brazilian financial services bank with around 100,000 employees.
When we spoke, he shared two simple yet practical things that leaders today should be doing but oftentimes forget to do, either because they are too busy, they view themselves as being too important, they don’t have patience, or even because they surround themselves with yes men and yes women.
