Hey, everyone, welcome to today's Five Minute Leader. I am in Dallas, and I just gave a talk for a division of a big company called Arca Continental, which is a company that I've worked with over the past year or so. I wanted to share one of the practices that this company does, which I love, that I wish more companies would do. Well, actually, two practices, and I'll split this up into two separate videos.
In this one, they have something where leaders—there are 9,000 people, I believe, who work out of this particular division of the company at Arca Continental. One of the things I frequently get asked by other organizations is: How do we create collaboration? How do we create alignment? How do we get people to work on the same page, especially when it comes to leaders? I think this company has a really effective leadership practice that is super helpful.
